Rates reflect most recent Postal rate increases based on size and weight. Rates are programmed (progressive based on Average weight) into the Shopping cart checkout system. Please Check the drop down box for mailing rates appropriate to your location (Country you reside in). These rates are actual. We do not charge a handling charge whatsoever.

We ship your order within 24 hours, on the first mailing day following receipt of your order. The rest is up to the post office. And, we do stand behind our deliveries.

Mailing rates in our system are programmed for your particular location (country of residence, province, etc.)

Tracking Packages: We provide tracking numbers for expedited packages USA and, shipments of usually 10 or more plates within the USA. Parcel Post shipments within Canada come with a tracking number which will be provided.

DELIVERY TIMES & INTERNATIONAL RATES:

USA & CANADA

- Allow up to 5-10 business days for delivery and in many cases, delivery will be sooner than this time frame depending on location, high mail volume such as at holiday time, air traffic, weather etc. For rush orders, please contact us via email. We recommend/use UPS (United Parcel Service) for RUSH DELIVERIES. We can also use Fedex. Normally orders of 10 or more plates will be sent Expedited Post with 4 to 5 days delivery and you will be advised of tracking number.

NOTE: AVAILABLE TO USA RESIDENTS:

Two Options for shipping WHICH YOU CAN SELECT DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS:

1)REGULAR Parcel Post AIRMAIL

or

2)PRIORITY MAIL EXPEDITED (Express) POST (RUSH ORDERS) is available with tracking. The Post office guarantees up to 4 business days for delivery. Please select this method from the drop down box during the checkout process should you elect this method of shipping. Pricing is similar to UPS and Fedex rates. This selection would be useful for RUSH ORDERS.

Again, We strive for next day mailing on ALL ORDERS.

CANADIAN ORDERS: see below concerning customs charges, which are not applicable to your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY (excludes USA & Canada).

In order to provide the best possible mailing costs to you, during the checkout process, the rate schedule reflects a combination of airmail and surface mail rates based as follows:

-1 to 10 PLATES: Airmail to your location normally 6-10 business days for delivery. Costs are based on weight and as plate weights vary, we may be required to invoice for any adjustment to shipping/mailing cost should this be necessary.

-11 TO 50 PLATES: Rates are Surface mail to your location. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery or, sooner in some cases, depending on distance to your location and how your mail system works at your end.

NOTE: SHOULD YOU NOT WANT A PACKAGE TO BE SENT SURFACE MAIL AND WISH TO UPGRADE TO AIRMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AND WE CAN E-INVOICE YOU FOR THE SHIPPING ADJUSTMENT COST FROM SURFACE RATE TO AIRMAIL POST.

RUSH ORDERS:....Our shipping rates are set for regular (Postal) mailing rates. To expedite an order, please contact us via email for shipping rates applicable to an expedited order which can include courier delivery (FEDEX, UPS). USA residents can also select Expedited express mail during the checkout process. This service takes approx. 4 days for delivery.

CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS/EMAIL ADDRESS:.... Please ensure we have your correct shipping address and email contact info. Note: We copy/paste exactly as you have entered your mailing address for our "address labels".

PACKAGING.... In order to protect your purchase we use cardboard packing, and as appropriate, bubble pak (properly packed) mailers.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: As we mail your package from Canada, there are NO customs (duties/tariffs) charges applicable to your order.
